Indoor digital signs.
Standalone has to be manually updated with a USB drive.
Network enabled is connected to a digital advertising network and a group of screens can be scheduled to update at a particular time and date months in advance.
Outdoor digital signage
Designed to protect the commercial grade displays and the media players from vandalism as well as the weather.
These too can either be standalone or network enabled, with the networking units being the most popular. These are also available in touch screen to interactive with people for use in way finding as well as being single or double sided.
The outdoor kiosks are available with screens that are 1200 nits (cd/m2) bright so the screen can be seen in direct sunlight, no matter what country the kiosks are located in.
